The Busan Abandoned Pet Sanctuary is a revolutionary project in South Korea. Our Sanctuary is a "home for life" for abandoned animals, and we have a "no-kil" policy. Our aim is to provide a cage-free environment for the animals, so they are not simply kept alive, but with good quality of life.

We do not accept new animals once our residence quota is filled, because each time we take in an animal we are committing to giving life long care, probably for around ten years.We hope to have as many adoptions as possible, so we can then accept new residents.

The BAPS is run by a board of directors, composed of people from many walks of life. We personally contribute our time and money to shelter, but we need your help!
